Sloped & Residential
Shingle roofs, repairs and full replacements — plus skylights, gutters and the leak-chasing work most outfits won’t touch. Every shingle roof we install is hand-sealed against the wind that comes over the Rockies.
Roofing, construction & insurance-claim work from three permanent offices — Lethbridge, Crowsnest Pass–Pincher Creek and Edmonton. When the storm-chasers leave town, we’ll still be here.
That tells you most of what you need to know about how this company is run.
Howard Brown started this construction and roofing business more than four decades ago, and built it the slow way — on workmanship he was willing to put his name behind, and on meeting a challenge head-on. The company still runs on a team-management approach: the people on your roof, in the office and on the phone all carry the same standard.
Today that adds up to 45 years serving Alberta, three permanent offices, an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and a name that’s been on trucks in southern Alberta longer than most roofing companies have existed.
No call centres. No franchise. When you phone, you reach the same Lethbridge office that’s been answering for decades — and if it matters enough, you reach Howard himself.
“Our employees take pride in the company and upholding the company’s reputation. Whether you are talking to one of our trades people in the field, a manager, or an office admin person, you should feel that we helped you and treated you with respect.”— Howard Brown, Founder & General Manager

Southern Alberta eats ordinary roofs — chinook winds, hail, forty-degree freeze-thaw swings. Forty-five years here teaches you exactly where a roof fails, and how to build one that doesn’t.
Shingle roofs, repairs and full replacements — plus skylights, gutters and the leak-chasing work most outfits won’t touch. Every shingle roof we install is hand-sealed against the wind that comes over the Rockies.
Built-up tar & gravel systems for flat and low-slope roofs, with ISO or fibreglass board insulation beneath. A BUR roof wants maintenance 10–15 years in — we service the ones we built, and the ones we didn’t. Torch-on SBS work runs through our sister company, Desert Roofing.
We’ve worked insurance claims for decades, and we’ll tell you the same thing whether you hire us or not. This is the advice straight off our own books:
Phone your broker first and report the loss. Before any contractor, before any door-knocker with a clipboard.
Stop the damage from spreading. Blown-off shingles get patched before the next rain — that’s an emergency call we answer.
Stay off the roof. No repair is worth the injury. That’s what we’re for.
The adjuster may suggest a contractor — the choice is always yours. Pick someone reputable, with a real workmanship guarantee, who takes time for your questions. We’d like that to be us; either way, make them earn it.

Roofing is the headline, but it’s never been the whole company. Forty-five years of construction under one phone number:
Also on file: paint · landscaping · solar panels
Not a P.O.-box operation that materialized after the last hailstorm — permanent offices, south to north.
